Introduction

Students will creatively practice self- and group empowerment and learn to take on leadership roles where no one dominates and the best decisions are made. Empowerment includes being clear about one’s intentions, being of service, being able to see the bigger picture, finding truth in all viewpoints, accepting rather than judging, etc.
